A Little Holiday Magic ("we") is operated by AB Studio, 2620 Walnut Ave, Ste A, Tustin, CA 92780. We provide Santa chat pages that photography studios ("studios") share with their client families. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.
Children
The Santa chat is designed for children to use with a parent nearby. What a child taps or types in the chat stays in their browser. It is not sent to us or to the studio.
Information about a child is only sent when a parent or guardian fills in the grown-ups form, confirms they are the child's parent or guardian, and agrees to this policy. The parent chooses what is sent. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children.
What a parent can send us
- The parent's email address
- The child's first name
- The child's chat answers: age range, a good deed, siblings, favorite cookie and reindeer, pet, and wishes
- The Santa session day, if the family booked one
How we use it
- To email the parent Santa's letter, the Nice List certificate, the cookie recipe, and the wish list
- To email Santa's daily notes, December 1 to 24, if the parent signs up
- To share the child's answers with the studio, if the parent chooses, so their Santa can greet the child personally
We do not sell personal information or use it for advertising. The studio that shared the page can see the families who signed up on its page, and may contact parents about their session.
How long we keep it
We keep family information until the parent asks us to delete it, or until the studio deletes its account. Parents can stop daily notes with the link in any email.
Service providers
We use Supabase to store data, Resend to send email, Netlify to host the site, and Stripe to process studio payments. They handle data only to provide these services to us.
Your choices
To see, correct, or delete your family's information, email hello@alittleholidaymagic.com. We'll respond within 30 days.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
